It sounds like a fairy tale but it's true.
Many years ago, our mother and father worked as tailors in a small town in Italy. They did beautiful work and, in fact, became so renowned that people traveled from all over the world to have them tailor their clothes. Carmine D'Alberto, our father, received the Golden Award, one of only three tailors at the time to have received such distinction.
Yet as the years went on, our mother and father realized that the future they wanted for us children could be found only in America. They gave up their comfortable life and came to Columbus in 1974 and after some years, opened a tailor shop on High Street in German Village. Our parent's wonderful dedication to their clients continued and years later they were featured in the Columbus Dispatch.
For us, America was the land of opportunity. We decided to invest our futures in real estate and we have now spent more than 18 years learning how to advise clients well and developing strong skills in the market. It has been our privilege to have worked for some of the best real estate firms in Columbus. We built a specialty in helping people who would otherwise lose their houses to foreclosure avoid that via the "short sale" process (for more information on how that works, see Special Services).
Finally, we were ready to open our own brokerage. On March 19, 2007, the Feast of St. Joseph,
we opened EXIT Trinity Realty in Gahanna. This brokerage, named and dedicated in honor of the Holy Trinity, strives to emulate the passion for service and excellence so expertly modeled by our parents.
We want our clients to be truly pleased with the service they receive, service that is prompt, courteous, experienced, and professional. As you can see from our website, we believe real estate is more than a transaction. It's about welcoming people to the warmth, joy, and peace that is home.
